THE MAIN ACTIVITY

       The main activity of the company is the production of cakes, biscuits, pies, sweets, and chocolate. The company is well known and respected for constant improving of its production and technology, responsibility for quality and look of products. Among others confectionary companies joint-stock ‘Virginijos saldumynai’ is distinguished by production of occasional cakes (from childish to erotic).

      The company supplies with its produce the confectionaries of Kaunas, Klaipeda and Vilnius. The main partners of join-stock company ‘Virginijos saldumynai’ is the biggest trade net of Lithuania, partners in Russia and Latvia. In 2001 ‘Virginijos saldumynai’ was awarded with the medal of the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists for its cake ‘The heart of the firm’.

      In 2002 the company began to produce sweets. At present, there is a great assortment of chocolate sweets, sold by weight. About 50 names with different fillings will satisfy everyone’s needs and taste. It is a work of hands and heart. In 2003 the company created its first box of chocolates ‘Kleopatra’.

      Joint-stock company ‘Virginijos saldumynai’ logo is certified according to the international standard ISO, develops sale to foreign contries and founds new shops.
